The Truth about Salt, and 5 High-Sodium Foods
If you must buy frozen meals rather than cooking at home (where you can personally monitor salt usage), look for meals with no more than 800 mg of sodium per serving (make sure your meal hasn’t been sneakily labeled as “2 servings”).
