I would like to enter my good friend Jean Cousineau in your contest. She recently underwent hip surgery. Each day Jean struggles through the discomfort of her physical therapy but not a complaint to be heard. Food from our childhood brings such comfort when we are not feeling good. Jean’s normal means of saying thank to her neighbor for all his wonderful assistance would be a wonderful meal. At present, standing in her kitchen to prepare one of her family’s Italian recipes isn’t possible. With her generous heart, Jean is always the first to step forward to help others.
